Function description
The role of Electrical Engineering Service Mechanic is a challenging position. You are responsible for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of the installations. In addition, you work on new construction and expansion work in the electrical field where you know the reliability and safety to ensure. Furthermore, you will be working on the:
Remedying malfunctions in (parts of) the installations on the basis of received reports from production, in such a way that work can be resumed safely and stagnation is kept to a minimum.
Localizing malfunctions i.c. causes of malfunctions and executing (emergency) repairs.
Performing periodic inspections of (parts of) electrical engineering and utility installations, in such a way that unsafe situations can be identified in time and corrective actions can be taken.
Assessing the state of maintenance and performing corrective maintenance.
Keeping the electrical measurement and control part of all installations in good condition, as well as the process automation (PLC-system) by performing maintenance and repairs.
Preparatory and executive activities on behalf of modification, extension, revision and new construction activities such as laying/connecting cable networks, switch boxes, electric motors, etc. in accordance with the specifications mentioned in the work orders.
