What is InAxtion?
InAxtion is a temporary employment agency based in the Netherlands. Our story began more than 25 years ago, placing electrical and mechanical specialists from Germany and the Netherlands. Today, we’ve grown into a thriving network of over 650 professionals. Our specialism? Connecting skilled technical professionals with leading projects in the Netherlands.
InAxtion’s owners, Hans de Regt and Marc van Ravenstein, are both seasoned entrepreneurs in the employment sector. Together, they’ve turned InAxtion into a people-first employment agency. It’s a mission they’ve lived and breathed since the beginning.

Employment with InAxtion usually starts with a flexible contract. If things go well, you can move to a permanent contract with no fixed end date.
