Vision and Mission- Vision: InAxtion Foundation is committed to social engagement by connecting people and promoting equal opportunities, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

InAxtion Foundation receives 0.1% of the annual revenue from InAxtion Groep B.V., which is fully allocated to the aforementioned objectives. The fund is managed carefully, and the allocation of resources is monitored by the board and audited by an external accountant.
- Resource Management: The foundation is governed by professionals with experience in the relevant sectors. The board is responsible for the transparent and efficient use of resources. Accountability is provided annually through a report, including an independent financial statement that is made public. Hans de Regt is Chairman, Jeroen Miltenburg is Treasurer, and Marc van Ravenstein is Secretary. They form the board and do so entirely on a voluntary basis, without remuneration.
