Controlled goods

• receiving and unloading of delivered goods materials and chemicals (if necessary by means of fork-lift truck and/or reach truck)
• checking the receipts by means of the bill of lading and packing list, as well as visual inspection (damage, etc.), noting and reporting deviations to the responsible buyer
• signing the bill of lading and passing on the receipt to the manager for processing in the system
• receiving, preparing for dispatch and dispatch, receiving and checking the return of factory parts to be repaired externally.

Stored goods

• Coding of the goods (if necessary)
• placing the articles at the indicated warehouse location, scanning into the system
• passing on packing list of non-system-registered goods to manager for processing
• placing chemicals at the designated location, taking into account the storage requirements.

Issuing materials and parts

• receiving and speaking to internal customer and contractors
• issuing goods on the basis of the work order, collecting the materials and parts, visually checking for defects
• processing of the issues in the system (if present in the system)
• Internal transport of goods on request

Stock control

• co-monitoring of stocks
• signaling (near) shortages/deviations
• periodically comparing the actual stock with the administrative stock (cycle counting)
• Reporting deviations with the aid of a scanner or directly to the manager
• entering orders to replenish the stock, and following these up

Managed safety equipment and tools

• managing the safety equipment (fall protection, hoists, gas measuring equipment, etc.) and tools
• Issuing and collecting the safety equipment and tools, visually checking their cleanliness and safety aspects
• signalling deviations/faults, rejecting the goods and offering them to the supplier for repair (if possible)
• detecting necessary replacements and reporting them to the supervisor
• signalling the required inspections of tools and ensuring that they are followed up.

Responsible functioning

• complying with statutory and company obligations and procedures in the field of food/process safety, health and environment
• signaling unsafe situations
