Function description

Your role as an Atex Inspector:

As an Atex Inspector, your main responsibility is ensuring that E&I installations in potentially explosive areas are safe and compliant with regulations. You will play a key role in maintaining safety and quality standards in industrial environments.

Your main tasks include:

  • Performing Atex inspections on electrical and instrumentation installations.
  • Reporting your findings using digital tools.
  • Analyzing inspection results and providing recommendations.
  • Advising clients based on your technical assessments.

Requirements

What we’re looking for

You are a precise and independent technician with a strong focus on safety and quality. You like using both your hands and your mind, and you’re comfortable taking responsibility.

Your profile:

  • Completed secondary vocational education in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
  • In possession of a category B driving license.
  • VCA certificate (preferred).
  • NEN3140 certificate (preferred).
  • Atex certificates 001/003/006/007 or COMPEX (preferred).
  • Experience with Atex inspections in industry or petrochemical sectors is a big plus.
  • Fluent in Dutch or English.
  • Creative, solution-oriented, and detail-focused.
