Function description

As an E&I Supervisor/Foreman, you’ll be responsible for supervising a team of 6 to 10 electricians on dynamic technical projects. You’ll be the main point of contact on the work floor, coordinating daily activities and ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely according to plan and standards. You’ll also promote optimal collaboration between electricians and other stakeholders.

On a typical day, you’ll start by reviewing the planning and assigning tasks to your team. You’ll monitor progress, quickly identify and resolve any issues, and ensure a safe working environment. Motivating your team to achieve the best results and keeping project leaders updated are also key parts of your role.
